The Method
The Orlando Cani Method is a body-based practice that integrates movement, breathing, and awareness to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance. Developed over nearly seven decades of studying and observing nature, the method combines the grounding of yoga, the fluidity of Bioginástica, and the spontaneity of natural movement into a unique and accessible approach.
During practice, the body moves continuously and organically, guided by the breath. Each gesture is an opportunity for presence—an invitation to quiet the mind and enter a meditative state in action. As breathing leads the movement, it becomes the link between body and awareness, allowing practitioners to cultivate focus, lightness, and mental clarity.
More than exercise, the Method is a living system of self-knowledge. It encourages each person to listen to their own body, to recognize their limits and possibilities, and to find a more harmonious internal rhythm.
The method has impacted thousands of people over the past decades—from high-performance athletes to sports professionals, wellness seekers, and anyone who wants to live with more awareness, health, and quality of life.
