Group practice sessions lasting 1h30 to 2h30, designed for those who want to get in touch with the Method in a light, practical, and welcoming way.

They work as an introduction to the Method, allowing anyone to experience in practice the principles that make the Orlando Cani Method unique:

Every movement is integrated with the breath, increasing efficiency, fluidity, and energy circulation.

Sequences designed for all levels, promoting presence, mobility, and well-being.

Participants learn to notice tension patterns, postural habits, and movement possibilities.
